On Saturday 13th August, Save Radley Lakes decided to take their Campaign to Oxford. If you notice, there is usually a stand by Carfax and for many weeks the anti-animal-testing people occupied the site. Just on the corner of this busy intersection is an ideal spot to stand and get your message across. The team who set up the stall
at 10.00am were delighted with the interest they received in a couple
of hours. Within this short space of time they had talked to a hundred
and twenty people. Thirty-one people decided they wanted to take
part in the Action Campaign, bringing the total to over a hundred new
members recruited in the last few days. Unfortunately the weather turned wet at around 1.00pm and our dedicated team decided that they would come back and campaign another day.
