The way in which Oxfordshire County Council dealt with NPower's planning application and the Officers' Reports which deliberately set out to achieve the objective of giving NPower permission, regardless of 3000 objections and a petition with 11,500 names has caused great anger amongst Save Radley Lakes Supporters.

After considerable deliberation and access to records under the Freedom of Information Act, Save Radley Lakes lodged complaints with Oxfordshire County Council and subsequently the Ombudsman when OCC failed to give a satisfactory explanation to an earlier complaint.
