SECRETARY
OF STATE TO DECIDE
August
2006
|
The Planning Application which Oxfordshire County Council Officers recommended
its Council Members approve has now been sent to Ruth Kelly, as Secretary
of State to decide on the outcome. The Government Office for the
South East has advised that they will let Oxfordshire County Council know
their decision by the 19th September 2006.
The reason it has been sent
to the Secretary of State is because Oxfordshire County Council breached
its own guidelines, particularly with relation to the Green Belt, land-raising
in the Green Belt and also breached the Vale of White Horse Policies.
