Mr Vivian Chapman closed the Public Inquiry on Friday afternoon, 22nd June after hearing all the evidence presented by the Applicant and the Objectors.

The two barristers representing the parties were asked to research various case law aspects for Mr. Chapman and give him their findings so that he could adjudicate.  This means that his report will not be available for some time.  It is likely that we will know in August what his decision will be.

The weight of evidence from the supporters of the Town Green far outweighed that presented by NPower, which was, on occasions far from the reality.
