  • However, there was not much debate, more a case of the Tories justifying their original planning decision to grant NPower permission.
  • Despite lobbying of these councillors over the last twelve months, they decided that the Town Green should not be granted leaving the way free for NPower to turn this beautiful lake into an ash dump
  • We expected to have to make a legal challenge which will go all the way to the House of Lords.    We were disappointed with the lack of consideration shown by Oxfordshire County Council for the huge numbers of people who have supported this campaign.
  • Currently, Save Radley Lakes Executive are consulting with their lawyers  to determine how to take the decision to Judicial Review.
