On Saturday 11th March, a strange creature was spotted in the Abingdon Market Place.  This apparition, with a very scary countenance, was Dr. Pulverash, the arch-assistant of Count Cenospheratu, both believed to inhabit the darkest inaccessible reaches of the Towers of Didcot Power Station.

Dr Pulverash, apart from scaring most of the inhabitants of Abingdon, managed to increase the attendance at the Save Radley Lakes Spring Fair, thos attending possibly attempting to escape the attentions of  this fearsome individual who, was, at one point chased, round the square by the Water Vole who perceived Dr. Pulverash as a friend of NPower.

Count Cenospheratu has not been seen, but indications of his presence have been found near the Radley Lakes H/I in the form of windblown little white balls.
